Fresh is cool , and as I was wizzing the sauce, I thought let’s make it raw and cook in the microwave in work. I bought a spiralizer from Nisbets for the pasta bit.
- tin of quality tomatos
- 3 gloves of garlic
- teaspoon of oregano (dried or fresh don’t matter)
- 6 kalamata olives (pitted
- add three leaves of Fresh basil
- teaspoon of beautiful olive oil.
- pinch of salt and pepper
wizz it up in your blende.
Spiralise your three courgettes. Hand held spirLizers cost from £5 on Amazon. But I will do for you if you send me the courgette. Joke!
